Java menus and frames

wel here goes, im not 2 great at this so u may hav 2 go slowly 4 me.

ive got a java menu for my site, i have this menu in a menu frame, i want the link to open in the main frame, but whatever target i put in it alsays opens a new page.

heres wot i got (the whole page)

I am not too clued up on Java, so dont take this as factual (wait for someone with a java brain to come in) but would think that there should be a "target_mainframe" in there somewhere, also, isnt Java case sesitive?

Will watch for the real reply to this as it may come in handy for me too :tazz:
