Getting "UPS has detected a parcel number" bubble

I am getting a bubble message in the upper left hand corner of my screen that says something like "UPS has detected a parcel number. Click track this package" How can I get this to stop??? I

uninstall the ups tracking software you installed.

I didn't (knowingly) install any. Any idea what it would be called? Don't see anything obvious in add/remove programs or in the task manager. Thanks.

Well, what I expected to find was not there....got a screen capture?

Also, right click the desktop, choose properties, choose DESKTOP tab, choose CUSTOMIZE DESKTOP button, choose WEB tab...anything in there?

Nope, nothing there. After investigating this for a while, I think its only happening when I have my gmail account opened up in a browser, which I tend to leave open most of the time. Can an email cause that bubble message?? Anyway, I appreciate your help - wish I found this forum a long time ago.
