My Dell laptop touchpad is not working in any mode including safe mode. When I login to chooses a profile, the mouse is frozen and will not move. If I boot up into the diagnostics and stop the test, the mouse moves fine. Any ideas?

Welcome to the site Rayver,
Unfortunately you have posted in the Off Topic board, and you are unlikely to get a good answer to your issue here. I would suggest that you post your question either here if your Dell runs Vista or Windows 7, or here if it runs Windows 8.

I am closing this topic as it's in the wrong place.
