I have a DELL Latitude E6410 with: Win 7, 32-bit, SSD 120, and 4gb RAM. On a daily basis the computer is crashing and I get a BSOD with the say messages pointing to e1k6232.sys. I went to dell.com and ran a system scan that updated all drivers on my laptop. However, the laptop is still crashing every day. Typically, it happens when i'm watching a video and attempt to access something on my network driver or if i'm running anything connecting to the internet. I've also attached two text files that have a description on the BSOD.

For now please go here and get the latest driver for your ethernet connection.
https://downloadcent...et PHY&lang=eng

The e1k6232.sys driver is your internet connection.

e1k6232.sys
Intel 82577LM Gigabit NIC
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/

Also I would uninstall the program below with Revo.

Symantec Endpoint Protection (Version: 11.0.5002.333)

You should then re install it norton can cause internet related issues and it wont hurt to un install and reinstall.

Also you need to update your java.
http://java.com/en/

Then please visit the intel auto update device and install all that it offers.
http://www.intel.com.../support/detect

Open your device manager hit the start button then right click on computer then select properties then select device manager.

In device manager, click the View menu and select Show hidden devices

Then hit view again and select devices by connection.

Then scroll down right click and uninstall the drivers listed below, dont worry these will be reinstalled upon reboot by windows.

Ancillary Function Driver for Winsock
Net BT
Http
Net Io Legacy Support Driver
Tcp/ip Protical Driver
Tcp/ip Registry Compatibility
NSI proxy Service
Security Processor Loader Driver.

Each of these files will request a reboot after uninstall wait until the last one to reboot.

Open your device manager then left click your network adapters then right click and select uninstall for your wireless and wired connections.

Reboot your machine.

Hit start
