Please provide the following info in your next reply.
Please Attach the two logs.
Please download MINITOOLBOX and run it.

Checkmark following boxes:
Flush DNS
Report IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
Reset Ie proxy Settins
Reset FF proxy settings
List content of Hosts
List IP configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size
List Devices (problems only)
Click Go and post the result.
Download Autoruns and Autorunsc

Unzip it to your desktop and then double click autoruns.exe After the scan is finished then click on File>>>>>>>>>>>Save The default name will be autoruns.arn make sure to save it as Autoruns.txt under the file type option. in other words make sure it is a .txt file instead of .arn Attach the text in your next reply

For now please go here and get the latest driver for your ethernet connection.

Also I would uninstall the program below with Revo.
Symantec Endpoint Protection (Version: 11.0.5002.333)
You should then re install it norton can cause internet related issues and it wont hurt to un install and reinstall.
Also you need to update your java.

Then please visit the intel auto update device and install all that it offers.

Open your device manager hit the start button then right click on computer then select properties then select device manager.
In device manager, click the View menu and select Show hidden devices
Then hit view again and select devices by connection.
Then scroll down right click and uninstall the drivers listed below,dont worry these will be reinstalled upon reboot by windows.

Net Io Legacy Support Driver
Tcp/ip Protical Driver
Tcp/ip Registry Compatibility
NSI proxy Service
Security Processor Loader Driver.
Each of these files will request a reboot after uninstall wait until the last one to reboot.
Open your device manager then left click your network adapters then right click and select uninstall for your wireless and wired connections.
Reboot your machine.
Hit start
Control Panel
NetWork & Sharing Center
Manage Network Connections
Right Click Your Connection
Select Properties
Un-Check Ipv6
Select ok
Run the Fix it below this remove the Tunnel Adapters from your machine.

Open Elevated Command Prompt Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator.Now type or copy and paste the commands below one at a time hitting enter after each.

netsh winsock reset catalog
Exit
Restart computer.
