The web site I had developed by a friend "drinksafellc.com" opens fine using internet explorer or fire fox. It was downloaded to Go Daddy for hosting. When I go to launch web site a page comes up showing my web site web as summary. However when I click open web site I get 2 pages of text. In checking with Go Daddy I am told the problem is that the web site download was in binary and needs to be in ASCi. Not being a programmer I am puzzled as to why the web site summary seems fine but the web site does not puzzles me. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Bob

Try correcting the 30 HTML errors first: http://validator.w3....inksafellc.com/ . Some of these are important to correct. You should be using either a text editor like NotePad/NotePad++ or a good web editor. Not surer which part of the "click open web site" you are referring to on the home page. Your CSS seems OK. Would recommend not to use tables: Tableless Web Design: http://en.wikipedia....less_web_design Why tables for layout is stupid: http://www.hotdesign.com/seybold/ How to convert manually your HTML tables to CSS: http://www.table2css...html-tables-css Basic Tables [Bad Examples!]: http://www.yourhtmls...asictables.html Images, Tables, and Mysterious Gaps: https://developer.mo...Mysterious_Gaps
