Just for some clarification, are able to access the task manager or any other programs still as you said when you first posted?

That's progress then. :) Are you able to run any other programs? Also, if you right-click the desktop can you change the background?

I cant run any program and sorry, I cant run task manager.

maybe, I should reinstall Windows xp. Maybe is easier way to solve this problem.
