1 when reply etc is clicked turns to html.
2 does not do this with every mail
3 pictures are html as expected
To date I have contacted:
My computer supplier (do not know if I should name them or not)
software who developed email-web mail- they designed this email and should be able to fix it
Ie, Foxfire, email provider and one company who said they will fix--after 3 hours on phone with them I not
only lost money but still not fixed! I put a lot of time into this and still not fixed.
It also does not convert to html all emails-I sent one email back and asked them why- answered 4 months later-not
fixed yet
I feel there is a place somewhere to fix this, I have been through every place I could find-I would end email but
not sure if it would help.
