Hello Leesie
Have you checked in Device Manager to see if it's OK?
I have outlined how to get there below.

Click start,
Control panel,
System and security,
System,
Device Manager,
Now look at Keyboards click the tiny arrow and tell me what you see IE are there any markings next to keyboard?

While you are in there highlight the keyboard and right click it then choose update driver software then search automatically for updated driver software.

Let me know what happens once updated? and what marks if any are next to the keyboard in Device manager.
