Numbering headings in Word 2013

I have created styles for the headings in my documents, but for some reason these seem to have become corrupted at my level 2 heading and instead of the number appearing, I get a black square. I can delete the square and clear all formatting, but when I try and do the level 2 heading, the square appears again :angry:

Can anyone help me please?

Try using the default bullet..does it work or you still face the same problem ??
