I think you are trying to fix a false positive but:

IF you look at the MBR_MD5 : C9AEF39EE26A3AC58B1FA731BC1896BC you will see it didn't change so you have not made any changes to the MBR. Did you run MBRFix from Hiren's or just from Windows?

You asked earlier if you should run fixboot. On Win 7 you usually do:

bootrec /FixMbr
bootrec /FixBoot

when recovering from an mbr rootkit. This is done from the recovery environment.
