Hi,

Every time I try to access the iTunes Store it comes up with this:

We could not complete your iTunes request. The network connection was refused.

Nothing seems to be wrong with my internet connection, and I don't use Norton Security (I use Kaspersky), but also every time I try to access apple.com or an apple discussion web page it doesn't connect and says:

Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to www.apple.com

which makes me think it's related to my firewall? I don't know...

Please help!!! Driving me crazy!!! Thanks heaps :)
