I have an Acer Aspire M1100 running 32bit Vista that won't connect to the internet (via Ethernet). I've been searching around for solutions and nothing has worked so far (i.e. none of these have worked). I have the latest LAN driver from the Acer website. I've started a topic on two other forums as well (here and here) but have not solved the problem yet so I thought I'd post here as well to increase my chances of finding a solution :)

Hi,

You posted at Bleeping that the problem was solved!

From the other thread I suggest you open the Device Manager uninstall the Ethernet Card and reinstall.
