So i have a windows vista and im trying to get it to factory default settings and i have tried F10, F8, F11, F9 and none of them work. I can not get into my computer because I do not have the password for my user and I dont have guest enabled. I also do not want to buy the disc. Is there anything else I can do? I once got to "reset Computer" but when I clicked it, my computer crashed. Help?
