Hello. I've had a Motorola Razr Maxx for a year and for several months my performance has been intermittently very poor. What information can I provide you to assist me in diagnosing the issue?

Thank you,

I'm now getting "Insufficient Storage Available" when I try to install several applications. I googled and tried the following two "fixes" to no avail:

First:
1. Settings
2. Applications
3. Manage Applications
4. click "All" tab
5. go to " Google Service Framework" and select "Clear Data"
6. go to "Google Play Store" and select "Clear Data"
and then select "Uninstall Updates", and click "Force Stop"(optional)
7. Last, Shut down and restart your Android

Second:
Download and enter "Terminal Emulator", execute 'su', execute "pm set-install-location 0". This sets it up as 'auto'. It was set to '2' (external).

Thank you,
