fan, light have but keyboard no light no beep sound, black screen

as the title , my computer fan run well, have power light , but no beep sound, keyboard num, caps and scroll lock no light, black screen.
Help me, facing this problem 1 month already.

I fear that the Doc is correct and the MB is bad but can you in any event tell us the brand and model name or number of the computer and what if anything you have tried yourself to resolve the issue.
