Hello, I got this blue screen recently as shown here meaning i cant access my pc.

I have tried all the recovery methods such as restoring to a previous state and booting with last successful boot with no effect.
The system repair also cannot fix the issue.
I also cannot boot in safe mode or safe mode with command prompt.

Thank you for help in advance and I am not extremely computer savvy so it would be great if you could explain things in its simplest term.

Is it possible to attach the screenshot another way since the one you supplied is not working?
Also could you give us some specs on your system like the below list.

  • If a name brand system then what brand, make and model is the system?
  • If custom built then what brand, make and model is the motherboard
  • Total memory installed
  • Total hard drive capacity and free space
  • What steps have you taken so far to resolve the issue
