I will not be using my CPU for approximately 30 days. Should I unplug it or leave it plugged in during this time?
Thanks!

Gday jbljohn.
If you mean just the CPU inside the computer, no, just shut the computer down, it would not use power. If we leave the house for a long time, like going on holiday, I unplug all sensitive gear, computer/modem, TV, etc, main reason is we live in an area of not infrequent thunder storms.

Thanks. By October our thunderstorms are history for the year so I'll disconnect from the internet and leave the unit plugged in while on holidays.
