Please advise if Caluclator Program for Windows 98SE is standard . I don;t see it anywhere on computer. I had it but yesterday had power failure and it disappeared. What is the file name for this . Is there a way that I can trace it. I have installation disk, but drive turns slow and has trouble identifying certain files.

Regards

Howdy and welcome to G2G:

Go to Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs>Windows setup..

You should be able to find both the calculator and wordpad programs in there.. If they aren't checked, check them.. apply and okay out..

If they are checked, uncheck them, apply and okay out.. Reboot and go right back into the same place. Check them again.. apply and okay out..

In either case you will need your Win98 cd handy!!
