I wish I had never crossed over to this stupid 7 shell app - at least I could find stuff.

For some reason my shell 7 menu has gone from the tray - i clicked exit or something? Am over it....off to the techies

Are you looking for the start button menu for Win8?
What program did you try?

You didn't answer the question though. By "shell 7 menu" did you mean the Start button on the Taskbar and if so, which program did you use, Classic Shell, Start8, other?

Even though you fixed it, it would be nice to know this in case it happens again or to help someone else in the future.
