This is my first time at this site. I think I posted in someone else's thread. I am very SORRY

OK...here goes. We want to download the freee version of Real Player. When we get to the download page....sometimes with diffuculty....we are stumped. I push the 'download' button, but nothing happens; it will just click and click again, but "Nothing." I tried adding Realplayer to our computer's Trusted sites in case it was a security problem, but still cannot download.
