Okay folks. Let's start with how my PS3 decided to give me the YLOD about a month ago. I have since gotten it fixed by a friend of mine, because he had the same problem and his PS3 works amazingly fine. However, since I've gotten it back, I can't play my games without my controller being connected to my console through the USB cable and my PS3 also won't connect to the internet. I suspected that it was because my internet is pretty slow, but I've always been able to log on for at least 10-15 minutes without getting disconnected.

So I would really like to know: 1. How can I sync up my controller for it be wireless again? I've already tried pressing the restart button and connecting it that way and unplugging the cable, but that doesn't work. Is there another way? And 2. Is it really just my crappy internet or is it my PlayStation that won't allow me to get signed into PSN?
