Where a CPU is supplied with a heatsin/fan, both from Intel and AMD, and you choose to overclock and or use an alternative cooling solution you will void your warranty, so any damage caused, no claim. I always advice, run on the stock cooler to start, if not happy, user an aftermarket solutions.
The USB 3.0 internal Hub, it will not give you sockets on the outside of the case. The MB has 6 external USB 3.0 on the back I/O and 1 internal Header supporting 2 more, (usually connected to from case socket) the board does not have any external USB 2.0 sockets, has 4 internal headers supporting 8 USB, one usually to the front case, NB, you case has no front USB 2.0, see you are installing front by 4 port. for the Rear I/O use 2 or more rear USB brackets, >
