My son is a marine, wifi cards?

My son is a marine in Kuwait , he has a MacBook , I want him to be able to have a wireless connection where ever he is, is that possible? A wifi card? Just wondering if it's possible? Thank you,

I'm not sure about that, but he needs to subscribe in Kuwait country. Another option is to go to the internet cafe in that country. I've been in Saudi Arabia or Middle East before and that's what we do. What I know in military camp they have an internet connection so he need to ask about it if he can use a Wi-Fi connection but the problem is if the connection is in the office and his Baracks if far from that office then he can't have a Wi-Fi connection :(.
