Quick question...you stated you changed default settings. What do you mean by that?
If no device found it sounds like a bios issue. Where did you get the Win7 driver from as the board is not that new because I find drivers for it for XP and Vista which would be pre Win7.

http://www.geekstogo...226-rshaffer61/ So, here's the stage;

The speaker Icon on the Desktop Toolbar shows a RED X, whenever you hover on the Icon, the error message appears, "No audio output device is installed"

In the Device Manager, in Start Menue under Control Pannel, "Sound, video and game controllers" show (4) NVIDIA High Definition Audio (?I am assuming they are sound cards?), (1) NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) (WDM), and (1) Realtech High Definition Audio *with yellow error icon + this I installed myself
also in Device Manager, (2) High Definition Audio Controller, (1) Plug and Play Software Device Enumerator, and (1) System Speaker

Any of those entries in the Device Manager have a yellow exclamation mark on the left of them?
