- Open IncrediMail.
Click on 'Tools' and select 'Options...' , then click on the 'Language' tab. - Make sure the language selected is 'English'.
- Uncheck the 'Use the last language that was used for editing' checkbox.

Thanks for that, all of those instructions and more about making sure the language selection on my computer were on the incredimail help sight none of it has helped. I'm considering reloading the upgrade from a couple months ago. it only does it in incredimail e-mail not on any other application , here for Eg. it isn't doing it. ...... D
