;) !

Wondering if someone can help. My PC was recently infected with the Win32.Alcan B. worm and p2pnetworking.exe. This was picked up by adaware and the zone alarm antivirus scan. However, in both cases the programs found it but could not re-name or delete the files associated with the worm.

I have followed all the instructions in the "click here" post and now none of the scanners i run (spybot, adaware, nod32, kaspersky, ewido, trend micro, etc etc) are picking anything up. 0 infected files found.

However, I am still experiencing similar issues I was before when the scanners where picking up the alcan worm and p2p. ie - 1. windows search crashing. 2. system32 folder as a hidden folder. 3. a music production app im using giving me the following error message when i try to save: "a serious error has occurred......." etc. i think there might still be something going on here but can't tell if i still have this virus.

I am running XP pro sp1.

I can post an HJT log if needed.

EDIT: here is my HJT log
