Me thinks me be screwed..... After reading ur response I saved ur instructions to my disk and exited bit defender rescue mode and now I cannot get on to windows at all.... Once I just got black screen after the windows logo and my monitors shut off.... So I hit the power button it asks me to do windows repair so I did and it tells the problem could not be fixed and restarts. It looped about three times going to quick blip of a blue screen then restarting..... And now I am in windows recovery doing a memory diagnostics..... Fml man....

You need to save FRST to the root c drive as that is where the command was expecting to find it

The documents folder is a few levels away from the main c drive.. So you will need to save it to c:\frst64.exe

Then at the command prompt type CD C:
Then type FRST64.exe

I saved the [bleep] thing to like 10 file location.... So I went back to the windows recovery and went all the way back to cmd prompt and got frst to open and it tells me that it is starting up to please wait. Then it just disappears.... When I retune in the command to open it tells me that it is not a recognized command.... What the....... Getting very frustrated....
