time warner wifi trayapp.exe high cpu usage

I keep getting high cpu usage alerts caused by Time Warner Cable Wifi trayapp.exe DISK WRITE process
I do use wifi for my Kendle, but these alerts are generated in the wee hours of the morning when not in use.
Do I have a "tracker" ?
