Can anyone explain to me about the Kcpi dt504 converter box I lost the remote so I used a chunghop L828 6in1 universal.Remote okay that shuts the box off please tell me what remote besides the original will work.I cannot. Afford to buy a remote

Why are you asking this in a Windows Vista / Windows 7 forum?

Anyway, without a remote, most converter boxes are useless as you have no way of changing channels.
