Need Help! CMD prompt won't recognize any commands.

Probably the PATH environment variable is messed up.
At minimum it needs C:\Windows\system32;C:\Windows;C:\Windows\System32\Wbem;
Right click on Computer and select Properties.
Click on Advanced system settings.
Click the Environment Variables button.
Under System variables, scroll down to PATH.
Select it and click Edit.
Change as needed.
Click OK as need to exit.
That should fix it.
If this just happened then a System Restore to a date before it happened would be a better idea.
