Please explain what you mean by "someone put Windows 7 enterprise which was suppose to have a activator to help me get pass the registration process"

Does your Dad have a Volume Licence key for the software, please see here as you may need your Dad to sort this out for you if he is registered with Microsoft as the person responsible for any VLK that is being used.
