Close the browser and run the tool, check the following options:

Be sure to uninstall both versions of Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable packages in Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel before you install Windows Installer and Visual Studio C++ 2008 again. I noticed that you have two versions of this in your programs list; they are more than likely conflicting with each other. Be sure to just have the latest version of the Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable installed.

Summary:
1. Uninstall both versions of Visual C++ Redistributable 2008
2. Download the latest version of Windows Installer from here: http://www.microsoft...ls.aspx?id=8483 and install; uninstall previous versions if asked

4. Try re-installing Visual C++ 2008
I'd further recommend you to uninstall all other redistributables/software (both versions of each) of those that are duplicated and re-install them; I'd say that they are conflicting with each other.
You may need to run CCleaner to tidy up the registry entries from of all these conflicting installs after uninstalling offending sofware then reinstalling it - but that involves a little more work, so will be employed if the above fails.

bro i cant even uninstall i keep getting the windows installer service could not be accessesd this can occur if you are running windows in safe mode,or the installer is not currently installed contact support personal support for assistance
