When I hold down the "Windows" icon and hit "E" it takes me to My Computer not a Windows Explorer window. Help!!!


It's the same only a different view, after Windows + E click View > Explorer Bar > tick Folders

When I do View>Explorer Bar >Folder no Window opens up to allow me to enter the command per the instructions.

Sorry I didn't notice your other post #60, now I understand your problem.

The instructions on the article aren't easy to follow because it depends on the Explorer configuration.

Press Windows + R instead of "E" and on the run box paste "%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data" (including the quotes)

If you reinstall Google Chrome it will preserve all the information in your profile.

Action as prescribed completed. Issue seems to be access to Facebook. Other sites a little slow to load but Facebook will not load at all.

Same problem if you use Internet Explorer?

Yes! Facebook won't open In Internet Explorer. Other sites open fine. Did we have some other checks you wanted to make on my computer. Seems like I was going to get you some logs before I gave out on you yesterday!

On post #45 but it was for logs related to the net framework problem with Turbo Install error.

Try to reset Internet Explorer, download the Posted Image execute the program and follow the instructions.
