Hi all, can anyone tell me why, when I start my pc my desk top menu loads up and comes on? This loads up all the folders etc. for my computer which takes ages. I have looked in the "Task Manager/Start up" box but can't find anything that is marked "Desktop"
If anyone can help me on this I would be very grateful.
Regards

@The old Submariner use ccleaner to check startup items.
and open run type msconfig
click on services
check on " hide all microsoft services " and there you have few startup apps
