Mic too low

Hey everyone,

I have a problem with my mic.I use skype a lot and people complain they hear me too low.I have tried many things found on internet but nothing seems to works.I tried another mic that on another pc was working fine and still have the same problem.Mic volume and boost are maxed.i updated to latest audio drivers.And nothing of the above worked.

By the way i have a laptop with built-in mic and windows 7.
