Blue Screen Shutdown

I am running Windows 8 and I keep having my laptop shut down when I create a wireless connection between my ipad and laptop using Virtual Router Plus. I the error that I am getting is DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (tcpip.sys). I went into C:Windows-Minidump and attached the files to this topic. I'm not sure what I can do from here. Please Help!

Have you checked the Device Manager to see if there is a yellow ! or red X against the Network Adapter, if there isn't try rolling back to a previous driver by right clicking on the device and selecting that option.
