Dell Jukebox by Musicmatch

I have a dell obviously and it came with a musicmatch jukebox. Well I had the most recent version 9.0 I think. Well now it wont start. I can double click the icon, and see mmjbdiag.exe come up in taskmanager, but nothing happens. I got my original CD that came with the comp, and tried to install the older version over it. It worked, then I dl'd and installed the update, and now it wont work again. I tried removing it from add/remove programs, but it will bring up an error I get trying to remove a few other things as well:

InstallShield[R] Setup Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close.
