Hi all, it's been a long time!
I have Avast! Free, recommended by this wonderful forum, and when I run it's Software Updater it tells me to update, among other things, Flash Player ActiveX and Flash Player Plugin ....................... neither will work!
I download the programme but when I go to install it nothing happens! If I re-try I get a message telling me "Only a single instance of this application can run", what's going on?
I'm using Firefox 26.0 and Vista Home Premium SP2.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
Many thanks,

Slime
