NEED HELP NOW!Cannot Copy file win32k.sys n more

I am trying to Install windows but as i do, i keep getting errors.

This is the list of files it wont copy ir wasn't copied correctly:
Cannot Copy file win32k.sys
File dxmrtp.dll was not copied correctly
File dwwin.exe was not copied correctly
File els.dll was not copied correctly
File encapi.dll was not copied correctly
File encapi.dll was not copied correctly
Cannot copy file encdec.dll
File sccsccp.dll was not copied correctly
(I might have missed 1 or2 as i got mad and keep pressing eneter to retry the copy

then after it restarts, i see the windows logo. then i get this message
STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The session Manager Initialization system process terminayed unexpectedly with status of 0xc0000034 (0x00000000 0x00000000}
the system has been shut down

Each time i restart i get this message
Setup is being restarted. Then it shuts down with the sam fatal error message

This looks at the error, though you will probably get a better result by correcting the registry

i can't even get windows to finish the installation =( so what could i do??

How can i fix any of these files if i can't even get windows to finish installing?

Howdy:

Are you using the XP cd to boot the system??

If so, use the option to delete all partitions and install XP..

BTW, is this an original XP cd or a copy you made or someone else made for you (different fixes needed)??

This is my original copy of windows Xp HOME and i have a valid XP product key.

I already used that feature to delete the partion then install a fresh copy but still i get the same errors

Its alwasys when its at the install windows part. All the way when its about to finish and its installing the menu items or what not. It ask me too find a wav file. and i haveno [bleep]ing clue where it might be so from there it just restarts then i hve to format again cuz it just go no where.
