BSOD Problem Please Help!

Hey guys for the past 4 days I been getting this BSOD MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS. I am running Windows 8 64-bit. Not 8.1

I downloaded this Bluescreenview program to see what caused the issue and said that one was a tcpip.sys problem and another is cFosSpeed driver which would be my ROG gamefirst software that traffic shapes my incoming and outgoing.
