I take an internet speed test and get around 75ms ping, I ping google and get ~66ms ping but when I play League of Legends I get a constant 150 ping+ with constant spikes up to 200 ping. I contacted riot support they answered within 2 days and now when I reply back to them saying the problem is not solved it has taken over 6 days. Can anyone on here maybe help me if I supply the info needed?

It probably have something to do with the routing. I also am experiencing the same issue when playing Dota2. I use wtfast to lessen the ping. It helps significantly.
