Moving Outlook N2K file issue

Hey,

I have a windows XP machine with Outlook 2007 and I just got a new Computer With windows 8, still using Outlook 2007.
I want to move the NK2 file from the one machine to the other but it looks like there is no way to do this.
I checked the file structure and there was no NK2 in the new machine.

Any help would be great!!!
