Hi Pyxis,

I think I'm done then! Thanks so much for your help. The computer seems to be responding much more quickly overall - programs and browser windows are opening much more quickly and bootup even seems quicker. I've asked my wife to let me know if she sees any more of those duplicate files or the computer does anything funny. But in the meantime I would have to say...SUCCESS! Thank you again!
