chrome_elf.dll missing

Google Chrome on XP pro SP3.
Norton System Doctor has come up with a missing file - chrome_elf.dll.
Any suggestions for a reputable source would be much appreciated.

Turns out the elf was not missing, per se.
I copied it to system32 file and problem over.
