Hello All,

I am curious to find out 2 questions.....Is it possible to create a "blank" QR code that can be reprogrammed at a later point?

Example-

I give you a piece of computer paper with a generic or "blank" qr code in the middle of it. The QR code doesn't link up to or connect to anything essentially just blank. You scan it with your Iphone and are able to reprogram what the QR code does from your device, lets say an Iphone.

Basically is it possible to create a blank QR code somehow and then reprogram it within an app created for your mobile device?

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
