I'm always working on friends and family's machines and I have another one I need help with, a laptop hp pavilion windows 7 4 gb ram 500gb sata hdd . User was having a ton of issues and did a factory reset then had more issues and I looked got it . So far I only used my system internal tools just to monitor the things . I do see combo fix has been run already and removed 2 files that were a virus. The log shows a lot of other stuff that needs to be delt with files programs and locked registry entries . I have the combo fix log and will be making a FRST log in a moment . Any additional input in finishing the cleaning process would be greatly appreciated
