I just realized that this error keeps popping up and we haven't addressed this yet.

Microsoft.NET Framework Version 2.0 is required to continue. This software is available for free at www.microsoft.com/downloads/ (I couldn't find Version 2.0, but was able to find Version 3.5, but was unable to install it)

Hi Joe,

It pops up the minute Windows Boots to the desktop ... once you log in, that pops up and then Google+ Auto Backup pops up and I just close them and everything seems fine.

• Save the file to the desktop, double click the file to install it.
• It will automatically place HJT in C:\Program Files\TrendMicro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe.
• Right click on Hijackthis and "Run as Adminstrator"
• Click on the Do a system scan and save a log file button
• HijackThis will scan and then a log will open in notepad.

Copy and then paste the entire contents of the log in your post.

Do not have HijackThis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

OK,

This is what I would try first.

From what I see and a bit of research:

This is a common problem with Lexmark printers See Here


So my "best" advice to you is to reinstall the latest driver for the Lexmark Printer 5600, 6000 series, you will need the windows7 64Bit Driver. Should be Found Here
