I am using Windows Live Mail on a Windows 7 Home Premium PC. I have recently been getting messages of this sort from a couple of web mail sites that I have used without a problem up to now. What does it mean and how do I avoid it?

5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) [Default] 452-'Too many recipients received this hour from 62.24.202.75'

Best wishes

AgedNovice,

From what I am able to gather -- I believe this is a "blacklisting" issue, you will need to get in contact with the webmail website(s) that you use and send an inquiry/help request ticket with their administration.
