Posted the following issue back on 2-14-2014 and got two answers that did not work.  Is there some period of time of inactivity that my issue would be looked at if still active/not resolved?

No, there's no set period of time... if any folks have a solution and they happen upon your topic they may post it in, otherwise it will just remain on file....However I have posted a response in your thread.

We also have the http://www.geekstogo...e-waiting-room/ - you can post in the Waiting Room with a link to your original post, and we have staff members who check there on a regular basis to see if they can help. We do have a lot of new topics, and sometimes they can get overlooked by the person who might actually know the solution.
