My PC all of a sudden started blurring certain portions of text on my email along with significant artifacts during game play. In a related (or unlrelated) issue, it now will not boot...power and HD light go on (and stay on) but no video. Prior to this, booting up was hit or miss...and PC would start flipping worse if left on for long periods of time.

Video card is an NVidia 5200 series (bad fan?)

Bad HD?

Bad PS?

Two or more? Ugh...

Thanks people.

Bad video card with what you describe. The computer is actually booting but you can't see it so I would first try another video card.
